Welcome to my website!
I am a communicator who writes, speaks, sings, and most of all loves my Creator and Savior. My ministry goal is to encourage others to:
• Grow in intimacy with the Creator,
• Apply biblical truth to everyday life, and
• Pass on the heritage of truth to others.
For many years, I have been passionate about helping save people from the cultural lies that bombard them on every front. So when I heard about the Breakpoint Centurions Program, I had to apply. The Centurions Program equips Christians to engage the culture with biblical truth in every area of life and culture—including politics, education, mass media and the arts, bioethics, business, and marriage and family.
Now that I am a Breakpoint Centurion, I use my training to help families pass on the heritage of truth given to us by God through the Scriptures and through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Passing on our faith is not as easy as it seems, and each year more and more parents who have raised their children in the church are heartbroken to discover that their sons and daughters no longer believe in God, or at least not the God of the Bible.
That change of heart usually comes to the surface during high school or college, but I contend that it begins much earlier, in fact as early as children are exposed to books, television, movies, computer games, the Web, radio, school . . . or simply to other children who receive regular doses of these influences.
Even adults who have been raised in the church often feel confused about aspects of their faith that they have always taken for granted when these beliefs are ridiculed or challenged by the media, friends, business associates, or the culture.
That’s why it’s so important for Christians to learn both how to discern the subtle messages that can penetrate their hearts and how to build truth filters around themselves and their children so that the culture can’t chip away at true faith.
I would like to help you in that effort through my website, speaking, and books. So make yourself at home here . . .
